Thank you for taking a look at our Christmas party Nights. We have put together all the information you need in order to plan your party at the Saints Rooms this year. Please read on, but if you have any questions do call Lisa on 01900 85107 or email her at lisa@winderhall.co.uk.

The Baronial Hall, complete with bar, maple sprung dance floor, and entertainment stage, is the perfect, fun venue for your celebration. For groups of eight to 120, we will provide you with a festive, fun evening complete with fine food, music and dancing. We love to get the party started with a few quiz questions and prize giveaways!

You can book one or more tables and enjoy the night with others, or you can book the whole venue exclusively. There is no room hire for parties of 50 or more.

You and your party will be shown to your table on arrival, to enjoy your three course meal and then continue to party the night away with great music and lights, creating a fantastic Christmas Party atmosphere. On extended licence nights (Friday 16 December and Saturday 17th December) we include a DJ to really make the night go with a swing.

We have now added an additional Christmas Party evening on Thursday 15th December. Call us to reserve your table.

January dates also available for those who prefer to wait until after the festive rush!

2011 Dates:
Late Licence evenings until 12am: Friday 16th and Saturday 17th December.
For all other dates, contact us on 01900 85107 for your perfect party during December and January!
** Thursday 15th December – additional evening with late licence added due to demand for party nights!**

Booking

Please telephone or email to make a provisional booking which will be held for fourteen days. We then request a deposit of £10 per person OR £200 for exclusive party bookings.

Full payment of the balance must reach us no later than mid November 2011. We regret that no refunds can be given for Christmas Party Nights.
